Our company developed and produced a mesh belt with a baffle at the edge, which has the following characteristics
1、 This mesh belt is made of mesh in a tight knitting way, with a diameter of 1.5mm, a diameter of 3.5mm, and a total width of 620mm
2、 At the edge of the mesh belt, a baffle plate is added. The thickness of the baffle plate is 2mm and the height is 32mm. The middle of the baffle plate is in the form of bending, which makes the baffle plate fit more closely when assembling, and the gap between overlapping parts is small.
3、 This baffle is made of three holes. One baffle is threaded through three strings, and the end is welded with gasket, which can effectively prevent the baffle from falling off.
4、 In order to prevent the tilting and looseness of the baffle on both sides, we use every other baffle to fold up a string and stick it in the middle of the baffle for welding (close-up), which not only ensures the security of the baffle, but also ensures the flexible operation of the mesh belt.
5、 The mesh belt is made of high-temperature resistant material SUS314 and is widely used in heat treatment furnace and sintering furnace conveyor line.
