The trolley resistance furnace is a circulating furnace, a large-scale industrial furnace, and is mainly used for heat treatment of general large and medium-sized castings or alloy parts at a rated temperature.
The equipment is composed of furnace (including furnace lining), furnace door, furnace car, furnace door lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, heating element, temperature control system, temperature record, etc.
The furnace body is a steel structure, and the steel frame is welded by steel, steel, etc. The entire steel structure has a reasonable design and a firm structure.
The heating element adopts Shougang high-resistance alloy 0Cr25Al5 resistance tape, which is set in the furnace door, furnace side, behind the furnace wall, and in the trolley.
The lining adopts a large fiberboard structure to hang on the steel frame, and the load-bearing part is built with heavy refractory bricks to improve the structural strength of the lining.
