Energy-saving full-fiber trolley furnace. The shell of this series of electric furnaces is welded by steel plate and section steel. The bottom of the furnace body is connected with the light rail of the trolley as a whole. Users only need to put it on a flat concrete floor for use.
The lining of the trolley furnace adopts a full-fiber structure, which saves about 60% energy compared to a brick furnace. It uses high-quality long-fiber thorn blanket as raw material and uses special equipment to make various specifications according to the furnace body.
The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire wound into ribbon and spiral shape, respectively hung on the furnace side, furnace door, back wall and placed on the wire bricks of the trolley, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nails, which is safe and simple.
