The walking-type heat treatment furnace production line relies on the regular movement of the beam to transport the workpiece.
The production line is composed of three main engines: stepping quenching furnace, bridge automatic quenching machine and stepping tempering furnace, and is equipped with electrical control system, temperature control system, hydraulic transmission system and quenching liquid circulation system.
The heat storage function of the equipment can make the fuel burn reasonably, reduce the flue gas emission temperature, reduce the heat loss taken by the exhaust gas, and create favorable conditions for rolling high-quality steel parts.
