The mesh belt furnace heat treatment production line is also known as the mesh belt type protective atmosphere automatic continuous heat treatment production line. It uses the intermittently advancing mesh belt to pass the workpiece through the temperature-controlled heating zone, and then falls into the quenching oil tank, and is automatically taken out by the elevator to the mesh belt. The line performs degreasing, cleaning, drying, and finally conveys to the continuous heat treatment production line of the mesh belt tempering furnace for tempering. It can perform heat treatment processes such as quenching, thin-layer carburizing, and carbonitriding in a controlled atmosphere. During the heat treatment process, the workpieces do not collide with each other, and are heated in the furnace in a balanced manner, and under the action of a controllable atmosphere, air intrusion into the furnace is prevented. Therefore, the processed workpiece has a smooth surface, no decarburization, uniform hardness, small deformation and high quality.
