The mesh belt normalizing furnace uses a heating tube as the heating element. The transmission adopts a worm gear reducer, chain transmission, and frequency conversion speed regulation. The equipment has fixed performance and simple operation.
The steel frame of the furnace body is welded by section steel, steel plate, etc. The all-fiber large plate furnace lining is hung on the steel frame, which is light and reliable. Because this furnace adopts a full-fiber large-plate structure lining, its steel structure is much lighter than traditional refractory brick furnaces.
The furnace lining adopts a full-fiber structure, and the current domestic brand-new standard ceramic fiber blanket is used as the heat insulation material of the furnace, which saves more than 40% energy than brick lining.
Hot air circulation system: In order to make the temperature uniformity in the furnace meet the process requirements, a powerful centrifugal fan is also installed on the top of the furnace body. The centrifugal fan can effectively circulate the hot air flow under the action of the guide system in the furnace.
