The tempering furnace is an energy-saving gas furnace with periodic operation. It is mainly used for annealing, tempering, aging and other heat treatment of high chromium and high manganese steel castings, as well as gray cast iron, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, crusher hammers, and wear-resistant linings. Used for plate quenching, normalizing, tempering, annealing, aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.
The shell of the gas tempering furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel. The bottom of the furnace body is made of high-aluminum mullite, and the top of the furnace adopts a vacuum high-pressure all-fiber module structure, which saves about 60% of energy compared with the brick furnace, and has a certain amount of energy in the processing process. The amount of compression to ensure that after the modules are built, each ceramic fiber block expands in different directions, so that the modules are squeezed into a whole without gaps to achieve a perfect heat storage effect.
