Pit furnace is one of the main boiler forms in today's mechanical processing and production, and the processing effect of using the pit furnace in the spherical treatment of carbon compounds in steel is better. The reason is that this equipment often has a protective atmosphere in the production, so that the workpiece can ensure good surface accuracy after completion, and effectively ensure the toughness and rigidity of the workpiece. Based on these advantages, pit furnaces are currently widely used in social production, and their demand is increasing year by year.
The pit furnace can be heated by gas or liquid fuel, or by electricity. When using gas fuel, there are usually multiple low-energy burners installed along the tangential direction of the inner wall of the furnace, and they are evenly arranged in layers or spirals in height to prevent the flame from directly washing the workpiece and ensure the uniform temperature in the furnace. When used for low-temperature tempering or using oil as fuel, a thin muffle wall is built in the furnace to separate the combustion space from the heating space. However, a pit furnace with a muffle wall consumes more fuel.
